Questions that students should consider important for summer practice

When is summer internship done?

It is carried out in the summer of the 2nd and 3rd grade. You can also perform in optional 4th grade summer, but since graduation is determined on the basis of June, you can get your diploma in February period after that period if you leave the summer internship to 4th grade.

How many days of internship?

You can perform internship training based on 60 working days (90 days). You can complete this in 30-30, 20-20-20 or 60 working days.

How is the documentation prepared?

Every year, 2nd and 3rd graders receive course training on this subject by the head of the Internship Committee. Do not miss this lesson and provide sample documents about documentation.

How to apply for internship?

Please consult the apprenticeship committee about the suitability of the place where you will do your internship. (Prof. Dr. Recep Artır, Res. Assist. Dr. Selim DEMİRCİ)

Fill in the documents related to the place of your internship by applying to the Faculty of Engineering student affairs before 15 business days.

After completing the internship process, leave your documents to the department secretary until the beginning of the school term and submit the completion document to the faculty secretary.
